Bendav Postcards does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. Bendav Postcards reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Products and Descriptions

All items are original (authentic, non-reproduction), second hand and in reasonable condition, unless stated otherwise. Bendav Postcards attempts to be as accurate as possible in the item descriptions. However, Bendav Postcards does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Bendav Postcards itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Bendav Postcards insures that the time-historical and military-historical articles from the period from 1933 to 1945 listed in the catalogue are offered only for purposes of the civic enlightenment about contemporary processes, for the defense of unconstitutional efforts and for the scientific, art-historical and uniform-historical research. With an order for articles, which are provided with emblems of The Third Reich, the orderer commits himself to acquire these things only for historical-scientific purposes for above-mentioned reasons and not to use these articles propagandistically.

Some material on this website is to be considered "adults only" and could be shocking for children. By entering these categories you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age.

Pricing

The Price displayed for products on the website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. All offers on this website are not binding and are without commitment. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices are in EURO (€) and exclusive shipment and handling costs.

Shipment and Handling

All our Shipment and Handling prices are based on "Priority Shipment". All items are send in a strong, cartboard envelope to protect the items. Bendav Postcards does combine shipping. This will be automatically be calculated and depends on the amount of items.

Registered shipment is optional, but highly recommended for orders above Euro 100 and all orders to the following countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, Romania, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of unregistered shipments! 

We ship within 24 hours after receiving payment, unless otherwise noted on our website.

Payment

Payment can be made through Paypal or Bank Transfer.

Return Policy

 Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the buyer receives the item(s). The purchase amount will be refunded within a week after the reception of the returned object(s). The shipment costs won't be compensated.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Law Applicable

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch Law and it is agreed that the Dutch courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
